Shipping Policy

Any order placed will be shipped out within 3 working days.

Some of our titles are print-on-demand and will require an extra 5-10 days to allow for printing before shipping.

We ship larger orders with SAL, while smaller will be shipped with Air from Asia. During Covid much mail has been disrupted and customs have demanded more time and delayed much shipping.

If items are needed by a deadline, please add a note for us to adjust accordingly. 

SAL Mail – 3-4 weeks (trackable)

AIR Mail – 1-2 weeks (trackable)

Surface Mail – 1-3 months (trackable)

Tracking code will be shared with you after items are shipped.

We understand shipping rates are high, and want to help! For larger orders please email  for a quote.

Refund/Return Policy

  1. Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if you purchased your item more than 30 days ago, we cannot refund your purchase.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in saleable condition and in original product packaging.
  3. Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund on sale items.
  4. There are no return or refund for digital downloads and items.
  5. To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
    1. Submit return requests to .
    2. Wait for a reply with agreement on return and the given return shipping address for the products.
    3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping.
  7. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is advisable to use tracking service to ensure the delivery.
  8. No return shipment carton may exceed 20 kgs in weight.
  9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  10. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
  11. We will not refund shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send the item to the given address in the reply with confirmation of exchange.
